Boarders’ Breakfast

Brummana High School’s boarding community enjoy a traditional Lebanese breakfast every day, served up for them in the Upper School canteen from 6:50am to 7:30am. Classic Lebanese breakfast items include labneh, local cheese, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and olives along with olive oil. Each morning a hot accompaniment is prepared such as pancakes or croissants. The healthy breakfast choices allow boarders to start each day on the right foot.
