Model European Union Conference

In February, Brummana High School participated in the annual Model European Union Conference at LAU’s Byblos Campus. High school students acted as members of the European Parliament or the Council of Ministers for different factions and countries to tackle issues which directly affecting the European Union. The main aim of the programme is to make Lebanese students, coming from diverse socio-economic and sectarian backgrounds, acknowledge the differences in one another, and learn how to communicate through their emotional intelligence. Of our two delegates who participated, the following awards were received:
