The Principal chaired the meeting of the BHS Summer Experience which consisted of Raymond Feghali, Rabih Aouad, Lisette El Hage and Richard Bampfylde. He was very pleased with the way in which matters are going. Preparations for the Summer Camp and the Summer Educational Programme have been very thorough and successful. The Summer Camp currently has 730 students to which we are limited by being only allowed to work at 50% of capacity owing to Covid restrictions, while the Summer Educational Programme has been inundated with inquiries for the teaching of a range of subjects. Classes will begin this coming week and are likely to cover English, French, Arabic, Mathematics, Science and Robotics, as well as preparation for SAT examinations. They agreed to meet again in September to review the success of the camp and of the educational programme. The Principal is very grateful to Rabih Aouad and Lisette El Hage for all their efforts and hard work in preparation and in anticipation over the summer period. He is also grateful to Richard Bampfylde for his marketing of summer events and programmes and Raymond Feghali for his oversight of the finances of the Camp and the Programme.
