Second Meeting of the Friends of Brummana

The Friends of BHS had a very good, energetic second online meeting on Thursday, December 9^th. There was very good energy to the whole meeting with many participants joining. It was reported that lots of activities are happening, lots of Quaker Meetings being communicated with and asked to raise funds. The challenge will be to build a support base that can work over many years now given the continuing situation in the country. Nevertheless, it is quite amazing the positive situation the school is in now with fundraising as the new year dawns compared to last year and even more so the year before that.
