BHS Gives Campaign: Thank You

During the weekly Senior Leadership Team’s meeting, the Marketing Manager, Richard Bampfylde, highlighted the success of the recent BHS Gives Campaign which culminated on the 3^rd and 4^th of December. To date, the campaign has raised over $110,000 from 140 donors which is a great achievement, all of which money will go either to those parents who lost homes or businesses or both in the explosion on the 4^th of August in Beirut and who as a result are unable to fund school fees, or to the General Appeal Fund (Bursary Fund) which supports parents who face hard times and can be provided with financial aid to cover, wholly or in part, their school tuition fee obligations.

The campaign’s success was made possible by a whole community effort, in Lebanon, the UK, the US and right around the world, with several individuals and groups involved in helping to promote BHS Gives. The campaign’s video contributions from many of our wonderful community members was also very much appreciated.
