Simon Manasseh, a member of the Friends of BHS UK & Ireland Group and a member of a family whose ties go way back to the very first days of the school in the 1870s, was at Amersham Meeting on Sunday, near London. He attended along with the other Quaker Members of that Meeting group and was told about trees growing in their garden, trees grown from actual seeds of Brummana’s Friends Burial Ground no less. The Quaker graveyard is very close to the BHS campus in the spectacular town of Brummana and it is incredible for littles pieces of the space to now be growing just outside of England’s capital! Thank you for sharing Simon and it sounds like you had a great experience with Friends at Amersham.
