Lower Elementary Back at School

It was great to be able to welcome back Lower Elementary students on Wednesday, November 4^th in a Covid-safe, hybrid return. Students were delighted to be back and to be able to see their friends and teachers. Even the dark clouds and heavy rains didn’t put them off! The Grade 1 and 2 levels gathered in a socially-distanced manner in the covered area, whilst the Grade 3 students entered Akl building directly. Many staff, including Head of Section Ms Shatha Abou Khalil, were on hand to greet all the students and make them feel comfortable. Students who were unable to come to campus followed their classes online. We look forward to hopefully being able to welcome back more and more students in different sections in the coming weeks as the school continues its staggered approach to a Covid-safe return.
