Despite the difficult living and working situations during this Covid-19 lockdown, our BHS staff continue to work and develop professionally. ICT Manager Youssef Abi-Haidar attended a Microsoft online workshop entitled Securing Remote Work: Identity and Threat Protection. This workshop contained a collection of security learnings, principles and recommendations for securing access and data in order to enable safe remote work for BHS. This training focused on identity and threat protection and the means to uncover suspicious behavior. Identity and threat protection protects our school network by detecting suspicious behavior and malicious activities, then responds to breaches quickly. It also stops threats before they harm our work by securing identities, apps and data, devices and workloads across a hybrid infrastructure. Identity and threat protection uses sophisticated machine learning models to uncover suspicious behavior quickly.
