Triathlon for BHS

Simon Manassah completed his Triathlon for BHS.
The 10K run was done in 1 hour and 14 minutes, average of 7 mins per km, which is good for him! His friend James Gladwyn ran with him!
The row took 57 minutes and 27 seconds which is slower than in training!
The 100k on a bike in the gym was a real challenge especially the last 25Km, but with support from his family he managed to finish it and raced to the end.
Just Giving is still open and the total currently is £7364.12 (inc Gift Aid), there are more donations coming and Simon thinks we will get to £8000.
