Makerspace Professionals!

A throwback to lockdown last year and all our makerspace challenges! Did you know that two brothers completed all of the challenges we posted on social media? Well, quite incredibly Giovanni and Marco H., Grade 3 and Grade 1 respectively, completed all the many challenges the school set the community during all the very long, difficult days stuck at home last year. The challenges were designed to stimulate learning (and fun) in a non-traditional academic format. A great many practical skills were learnt by the students who participated. Ultimately, a makerspace hosts readily-available materials that act as a provocation to inquiry, as well as modern technology and other items to invent with.
