More Information

We are looking to appoint a Property Manager to be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and renewal of buildings and grounds, including furniture and equipment, and stores and supplies. The campus is spread over an area of 62,000 square metres with 17 different buildings including classrooms, labs, halls, and accommodation for boarders, staff, and visitors.

The Property Manager will lead a team of around 18 staff and ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times. The ideal candidate should have:

  • a degree in engineering or architecture
  • strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • managerial experience with a strong background in property management
  • experience in a school setting
  • computer literacy
  • fluency in Arabic and English.
